Our Shipping Policy

Reunel carefully packages and inspects every winch bumper that leaves the manufacturing plant. Please note: Once the bumper leaves the plant via the shipper, it becomes the freight company's property. If the bumper is damaged via freight handling then the freight company will handle the claim and make certain the issue is resolved.

Freight Damage

If your bumper arrived damaged and with visible damage to the shipping crate then this is an issue that is easily resolved by the freight company. The freight company will send someone to inspect the shipment and once it is documented, they will have the damage corrected. The freight company contact information is on your freight bill.

Bumper Issues

If your bumper has an installation issue (hardware, winch mount, lights, etc.) then please call Reunel and a technician will call or email you to assist you with the problem. Always make certain the bumper delivered matches the information on the invoice.
