The Reunel Front Winch (on non-winch) Bumper is frame mounted using the factory frame holes—and nothing needs to be modified to your vehicle. We use 3/16in for the exterior plate, and 1/2in steel plate is used in the interior and mounting system. The expanded metal seen in the Reunel front bumper is for maximum ventilation into the engine area. We accomodate a wide variety of vehicles and years, and please call or email Reunel if you have questions regarding a bumper for your truck. We offer custom-painted steel (DuPont clear only) and a hand-polished stainless steel bumper (front and rear).

The Reunel brush guards are made from plate steel and tubing in the center area, and the headlight guards are solid shaft steel bars. The ultimate in collision protection for your truck!

Wing light holes are 6in recessed canisters that are seamlessly welded into the bumper's outer "wing" area. They are also called "light buckets" and can accomodate a PIAA 510 or 520 light, or OEM lights for certain trucks.

Face light holes are inset cutouts for OEM lights and PIAA series driving or fog lights. Face light holes are located in the front "face" area of the bumper, normally underneath the license plate or winch area.

Reunel offers two welded receivers in the front bumper. Reunel does not offer a single welded receiver in the front bumper due to safety and strength considerations. The two welder receivers can accomodate a "double stinger" adapter that slides into the receiver tubes for a wide variety of applications, and it is popularly used for clevis shackles.

Reunel offers diamond deck on top of the front bumper. We do not offer a diamond deck plate bumper, however.

D-rings are a popular option and are rated at 10,000lbs. Some vehicles can retain their tow hooks, so please consult with a Reunel sales person if you wish this option.

The Reunel rear tow bumper with the class 5 welded receiver is rated at 20,000lbs with a 6000lb tongue weight. All reunel rear bumpers are made from 1/4in plate, and the interior plate and mounting system is 1/2in steel plate. The bumpers uses the existing frame holes, and no modification needs to be done to the vehicle.

Reunel offers a class 5 bolt-on receiver hitch. The bolt-on hitch is rated at 15,000lbs with a 6000lb tongue weight. Unless you have a specific application in mind, the welded receiver is the better choice.

Backup light holes are inset inside of the bumper, and are designed for PIAA or the John Deere 4x6 halogen TY15870 light. Reunel does not offer round light holes in the rear bumper.

D-rings are a popular option, and they are welded to the bottom of the Reunel tow bumper.

Reunel offers diamond deck plate on top of the bumper, and we offer full diamond wraps around the bumper channels. Diamond plate and wraps are the polished aluminum type. We do not offer stainless steel wraps or plate on top of the bumper.

Reunel rear bumpers accomodate backup sensor mounts for all vehicles that have factory-installed backup sensors.

Reunel offers both the spare tire carrier and a can carrier. The swing aways are available only for "barn door" style doors—not regular truck tailgates.
